Q: What kinds of payment are accepted?

Q: Is it used?

A: We will definitely sell brand new products, there are no secondhand or used products in here, you can trust on that.

Q: Why they are so inexpensive compared to the official price?

A: This is a very good question. The product comes directly from the original factory, and there is no intermediate sales link cost. This is why it is so inexpensive. We sell it to you at the ex-factory price.

Q: Do I have to pay for custom tax?

Q: What if I’m not available when my package arrives?

A: It shall be highly appreciated if you can be at your shipping address for a signature. But don’t worry if you can not. Go to the local express shipping company or post office with your tracking NO to pick up the parcel as soon as possible when you are back home.

Q: How to order?

A: Ordering is easy and simple. Just follow the steps mentioned, and here are some instructions.

  2. Click the shopping cart and confirm what you selected and update the quantity. If there are no problems, click “Continue to Checkout” to continue.
  3. Complete buyer information, shipping, and payment option. Click “Continue Checkout” to make the payment.

Once your payment has been processed, we will send an email confirming your order information. The order processing will begin when the due payment is received. The tracking number and tracking links will be sent to your registered email address once your order is shipped out.
